Job Description Continue your career as a cybersecurity professional with BAE Systems, supporting and protecting information systems critical to national security at one of the leading companies in Aerospace and DefenseDevelop your COMSEC career through hands on application, work with seasoned professionals, and a training and development plan designed to grow your skills in a fast paced, team-based environment.If you are looking to learn, influence, and help develop top cyber technologies, applications, and processes that protect and service our customers wherever they may be air, land, and sea come join our award-winning security family here at Electronic Systems (ES)Responsible for supporting adherence to all aspects of a NSA COMSEC compliance program as stipulated by NSA 3-16, CNSSI manuals 4001, 4003, 4004.1,4005, NISPOM.Support Programs, Physical Security, and Information Assurance team in ensuring COMSEC compliance for the siteThis position supports all COMSEC efforts to include key loading devices, accountability, safeguarding, destruction of COMSEC material, semi-annual physical inventories of all COMSEC items, Government inspections, and maintaining DIASBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on siteThis means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the timeRequired Education, Experience, & Skillso Bachelor's Degree, 4 years work experience or 8 years of direct experience in lieu of degree IAM Level I certification commensurate with DoD 8570.1M requirements (or ability to obtain certification within 6 months)o Active security clearance Experience with managing COMSEC account IAW NSA Manual 3-16. Experience with loading keys on various COMSEC devices (SKLs,TACLANES) ,secure phones (VIPER, STE) Experience with the preparation for NSA Inspections and various Government inspectionso Knowledge of NSA 3-16, CNSSI manuals 4001, 4003, 4004.1,4005, NISPOM. Experience with DIAS program Ability to conduct semi-annual physical inventory of materials Perform initial, refresher COMSEC/Crypto briefings, employee training Provide support with all COMSEC inspections, Staff Assistance Visits Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$100680 - $171120 Please note:
